I'm a girls' girl in the truest sense. I center Black women in every room I enter, every space I build, and every mission I lead.

I'm Sia. Worldschooling solo mom to Auggie. By day I work with nonprofits to help them use technology more intentionally, automating the member journey so people feel seen and supported at every touchpoint. The rest of my time I spend building things I wish had existed sooner.

Through Career NavigateHer , I help women find career clarity and move with confidence. As President of the Southern Prince George's Chapter of Mocha Moms , I hold space for real conversations about intentional motherhood. As a Fora Certified Travel Advisor , I design curated getaways for women ready to experience the world without the overwhelm. Through Bennett Global Academy , I'm reimagining what education looks like for kids built for more than four walls. And through Seen + Sovereign , I create space for women to encounter God, tell the truth about their lives, and walk in who He says they are.
